HOW TO ORDER
For your convenience, we have checkout available online. After you submit your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided.
We accept local and international currency payments.
You can cancel your order in full before it is delivered. If your cancellation request is made before your order is dispatched, we will stop the package from being sent out and a service charge fee of KES 400 will be deducted from your total refund amount.
If your cancellation request is made after package has been dispatched to delivery, we still stop the package from being delivered to you and a service charge fee of KES 400 and outgoing delivery fee of KES 300 will be deducted from your total refund amount.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we’ll gladly accept return of the product in its original condition. It should be unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled and with all tags attached within 5 day from the date the item was delivered.
For returns within Nairobi pickup location will need to specified and one of our courier riders will collect the package. For returns outside Nairobi, please drop off your package at the nearest G4S location and address it to:

Your refund will be via Mpesa to the mobile number used at registration. A return delivery charge fee will be deducted from your total refund amount if you are within Nairobi. Please allow 4-5 business days for your return package to be processed.
If the reason for return is established as being an error on our part, the return delivery charge fee will not be deducted from your total refund amount.
If you would like to exchange your returned item for a different product, we will issue your account with store credit which you can use to make your order.

Collabor Activewear reserves the right to deny refund if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
