RETURNS

Uh oh. Something wrong with what you ordered? No worries. Shoot us an email to returns@caw.co.ke. A few things to remember:

All items must be:

  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • With tags attached
  • In its original condition

Your email should include:

  • Order Number
  • Style Number / Description
  • Reason for returning
  • If you would like a return for refund or a return for exchange
  • Nairobi pickup location

Returns will NOT BE ACCEPTED 5 days from the date the item was delivered.

After that it is easy. We will send you a return authorization (RA) number to write on your return. We do not cover cost of delivery of the returned item. After we receive your item in good condition, please allow 4-5 business days for credit to appear or exchange to be processed.

For returns within Nairobi pickup location will need to specified on the email as indicated above and one of our courier riders will collect the package. For returns outside Nairobi, please drop off your package at the nearest G4S location and address it to:

RETURNS FOR REFUND
Your refund will be via Mpesa to the mobile number used at registration. A return delivery charge fee will be deducted from your total refund amount if you are within Nairobi. Please allow 4-5 business days for your return package to be processed.

If the reason for return is established as being an error on our part, the return delivery charge fee will not be deducted from your total refund amount.

RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE
If you would like to  exchange your returned item for a different product,  we will issue your account with store credit which you can use to make your order.
Please allow 4-5 business days for your exchange package to be processed.

Collabor Activewear reserves the right to deny refund if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
